The Winkeler Hasensprung appears in a sparkling golden yellow with delicate green reflections.
Aromas of mirabelle plum, orange marmalade and passion fruit are rounded off by fresh notes such as lemon balm, elderberry and lemon.
The first sip is overwhelming: an incredible fruitiness, followed by a peppery spiciness. The rather high residual sugar content appears very delicate in the glass and brings the interplay of sweetness and acidity to life.
