The Winkeler Hasensprung is a sparkling golden yellow with delicate green reflections. Aromas of mirabelle plum, orange marmalade and passion fruit are rounded off by fresh notes such as lemon balm, elderberry and lemon. The first sip is mind-blowing: incredible fruit followed by a peppery spiciness. The rather high residual sugar content looks very delicate in the glass and gets the game of sweetness and acidity going.
