Their grapes are also trodden in the winery extracting the best compounds from the films. The softness of the used oak barrels rounds the tannins and gives volume to the wine. This is how the Manoella wine displays the youth of Quinta da Manoella, with an exceptional color, full of fresh fruit and a remarkable persistence. 

In Quinta da Manoella there is a more recent vineyard, 35 years old, with vineyards planted separately. In the midst of the centuries-old vineyards, this new plot gives the Quinta the stamp of the new generations, inspiring for the future.
