The 2017 Pinot Noir Lewis MacGregor Estate Vineyard has a wonderfully layered, perfumed nose! Dried cranberries, warm raspberries and lilac dance out of the glass with accents of saline, pipe tobacco, pink peppercorn, perfumed earth, rose petal and dusty notions. It's medium-bodied with intense fruit, spice and earth layers, woven with ripe, grainy tannins and juicy acidity, finishing long and incredibly perfumed.
This is drinking beautifully now, but it will reward another couple of years of patience.
