Williams Selyem Pinot Noir Bucher Vineyard 2018

Located on the hillsides on Westside Road, the Bucher Vineyard is unique and distinctive. Deep and dark in color, the wine showcases flavors of black raspberry and is layered with tons of earthy and soil-inflected character. With aeration, notes of fresh herbs and dried flowers are coaxed from the glass.

Opulent and round in the mouth; berry and red fruits shine through the wonderful loamy complexion. The acid is nearly invisible on the palate, with an excellent tannin structure to prolong the finish. Give this wine a few years to come together and you will be rewarded with a creamy, elegant expression of Pinot Noir.
