Aromas of honeydew melon and passionfruit, on the palate very nice balance of acidity and sweetness with a very long lasting finish.

Fine introduction to this unctuous style of Riesling. Perfect balance between phenols, acidity and residual sugars exposed if not over-chilled. Low alcohol and high sugar typical for auslese - a great example of this approachable wine.
