• Practicing Organic and Biodynamic • Aligoté, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Early Muscat, Albarino, Roussanne, Pinot Blanc • Grapes from 9 vineyards planted throughout Oregon • Pressed to tank after cold soak • fermented with native yeasts • Half the juice is racked into Amphora, Austrian Cask, cement egg, and acacia barrel • After the lunar cycle (~28 day) the juice is blended back to the tank juice, 35% of that is racked back to the vessels, and then repeated 3 more times • 13.3% abv
