Chelsea Wine Vault makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside New York. By placing an order, the buyer authorizes us to act on his/her behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines, all applicable excise, use and sales taxes due to another state related to the purchase of any taxable goods. In accordance with NY State law, Chelsea Wine Vault can only sell and deliver alcohol to customers over the age of 21.
We and our representatives will only release, by signature, alcohol to those in possession of a valid photo ID. Chelsea Wine Vault also reserves the right to refuse delivery to those who are or appear to be intoxicated.
