Glenrothes is a Speyside Distillery and this was matured in a hogshead cask making it probably fit the name perfectly “Italian Bakery Delight”. Sweetbread loaf with sultanas, icing sugar, and marzipan.

Holly’s Tasting Notes: Buttery croissant, dandelions, sugar cookies, some lemon, and bright spring honey. The palate brings out more citrus, grassy, some ginger and green, lemon tea. Refreshing with a long spicy, citrus finish.
