DESCRIPTION
"S" stands for the selection of the best grapes from vines over 40 years old, pressed after a short maceration and matured in new and used barrels. Blue ringlets, peaches, woodruff and a light touch of brioche on the nose.
A precise texture on the palate ( right between firm and full ), fine acidity with subtle minerality, minimally salty, skilfully supported by the wood, white pear and stone fruit, with a lot of pressure on the finish. A fine Pinot Blanc with the typical Dönnhoff elegance.
