Weingut Stefan Müller Riesling Feinherb Herrenberg 2021

Stefan Müller Niedermenniger Riesling feinherb 2021  is a feather-light, almost dancing fine-tart Riesling  with a great drinking flow!

 The grapes for this off-dry Riesling with just 8.5% vol. come from the Niedermenniger Sonnenberg and, as always with Stefan Müller, were pressed directly after the harvest and spontaneously fermented in old Fuder barrels. Fine fragrance with notes of ripe citrus fruits, red-cheeked apples and spicy notes reminiscent of red pepper. On the palate, the wine is wonderfully playful and stimulating with a fine play of sweetness and acidity, fine minerality and a long, juicy aftertaste.
