Selection of well-positioned grapes; shredded; 8 hours maceration time, pressed in pneumatic press; Temperature-controlled fermentation in a steel tank at 19 ° Celsius. Thereafter matured for 4 months in a steel tank.
TASTING NOTES
Medium yellow-green; typical Veltliner wort; White pepper; juicy on the palate, powerful; pure minerality; long-lasting finish.
SERVING
Serve cool (10 - 12 ° C), well with Asian dishes, with chicken and pork.
