Gorgeous, with aromas of white peach, citrus peel, acacia flowers and slate notes which quickly emerge from the glass. This is balanced and focused with lots of energy ending in a clean, fresh finish.

Whiffs of zesty pineapple and chamomile contrast pronounced layers of crushed stone and dusty mineral here. The dry palate is zesty and spry but intensified by crisp lemon and lime flavors. The finish is marked by savory tones of earth and dried herb.
