DESCRIPTION
A stunning Croatina with 14.5% abv., aged in tanks/large oak for 10/12 months each. Very dark garnet with brick red rims. Tertiary scents of balsamic, grilled red bell pepper, dried tomato and dried dates lead the way, followed by ripe raspberry, dark cherry and a chalky minerality, enwrapped in tar, inkwell and oak, seasoned with coconut, thyme and sage.
On the palate prominent earthy forest floor, oak and a high minerality, as well as ripe red berries, dried tomato, balsamic and dried cranberry.
