The traditional winery Dr. Bürklin-Wolf, whose roots go back to 1597, is one of the figureheads of the German wine scene.
With a vineyard area of around 90 hectares in the heart of the Palatinate, it is the largest family-owned German winery; since 2005 the estate has been fully committed to biodynamic cultivation. The Wachenheim local Riesling is always among the best in its class!
