Bürklin-Wolf Riesling Wachenheim from the Palatinate has notes of citrus zest, is extremely precise and stony with a fascinating crunchy/stony and cool nose. Round and quite juicy yet pure and with fine tannins, this is a textured and quite mild Riesling, but so elegant, with a generous and charming character.
Excellent interplay of citrusy freshness, juicy stone fruit and chalky minerality. Elegant and expressive, long finish. From biodynamically grown grapes.
