It shows a wonderfully bright, light yellow color. If you give it some air by swirling it in the glass, you can perceive a perfect balance with this white wine, because it is not watery, syrupy or liqueur-like on the walls of the glass. The nose of this white wine from the Palatinate convinces with aromas of green apple and pear. If we continue to explore the aroma, we add minerals.
It goes perfectly as an accompanying wine to vegetable salad with beetroot, omelet with salmon and fennel or stir-fried vegetables with fish.
