DESCRIPTION
Dense purple with a heady nose, also with plenty of oak. There are some plummy notes in the bouquet, but actually a liquid dark raspberry prevails. Really long fine finish, a perfume which sings in the glass. A lot of whole cluster here, nearly half, which integrates beautifully.
Pairs well with most fine food presentations like duck in a fruit sauce, leg of lamb persillade, osso buco, and even a simple filet mignon.
