This von Auring™ blend of Malbec (80%), Cabernet Sauvignon (10%), and Syrah (10%) is a masterpiece. A true micro-vinification wine - aged 4 years [2 years in new French oak barrels and 2 years in the bottle.] Its excellent concentration is a by-product of the unique terroir of southern Mendoza – pure glacial runoff from the Andes Mountains; deep, alluvial soil; and a cooler, drier climate. Savor the traces of jam and ripe fruit with great volume and personality. Full-bodied, with slow ‘tears’ and ‘friendly’ tannins.
