DESCRIPTION
Garganega grown on volcanic soil at Agugliana in Gambellara, at 300 metres facing southeast. Soft pressed, fermented spontaneously in steel, then a year in tank and bottled with very little sulphur. Golden yellow, dried flowers and ripe yellow fruit, a mineral spine from the volcanic ground, and the almond note Garganega usually finishes on.
