Grand Cru Pinot Noir Champagne from a tiny estate in the Grand Cru village of Ambonnay where Pinot Noir vines dominate any blend. At the helm is Laetitia Billiot, the fourth generation to estate bottle at this domaine.
A fine vintage made from a mix of older vines and from select parcels all of which are in the most desirable mid slope of the hills. Full-bodied on the palate and drinking well today. Pair with a lobster bisque.
