A Vinsanto, based on Aidani, Athiri, Assyrtiko, that has aged for at least 16 years in the cellars of the Silver Estate in Santorini with unimaginable complexity and a very beautifully balanced sweet that comes from vineyards older than 200 years. It's worth every euro you spend to get it!
This wine pairs well with grilled or roasted meats, lamb dishes, hearty stews, or strong, aged cheeses.
