The Neromora (black-dark) is an extraordinary wine that comes from perhaps the best red wine region in southern Italy.  It is made from the best Aglianico vines from the very old town of Taurasi.

The best Aglianico vines in Italy grow in this DOC zone. Luciano Ercolino does not harvest some of these until the beginning of November. The wine is aged for 8 months in new barriques and can be described as a small Taurasi.
