An elegant, pure and airy nose features notes of ripe, fresh and mildly exotic white fruit, lemon zest and acacia blossom aromas. The vibrant and equally pure flavors exhibit really lovely detail while exuding an exceptionally fine minerality on the refined and gorgeously long finish where the only reproach is the absence of above average complexity.
Still, this has the balance to reward a few years of cellaring and my rating offers the benefit of the doubt that additional depth will develop.
