Very mineral wine with aromas of white flowers. This wine can be paired with seafood.
Aging for 11 months on fine lees. One month before bottling, the wine from the different barrels is placed in a stainless steel tank for blending. The wine is finally fined and slightly filtered before bottling according to the lunar calendar ("fruit" day).
