Very firm reduction completely overshadows the underlying fruit. Once again there is admirably good concentration to the more refined if less powerful medium weight flavors that terminate in a distinctly structured and serious finale that delivers sneaky good length. This is impressive and should come together.
Bright medium yellow. Pure but reticent aromas of white peach and nut oils. Dense, fine-grained and very dry, even slightly bitter-edged, with a pungent lemon zest flavor accented by an herbal nuance.
