Vinaceous Pinot Grigio Sirenya 2016

The grapes were hand harvested and opened fermented with 10% whole bunches. They were then hand plunged for eight to 12 days in one and two tone open fermenters, then gently basket pressed into new 25% oak barrels (French and American) to finish fermentation.

Maturation took place for 14 to 16 months in the same oak.
