Vina Mayor Ribera del Duero Gran Reserva 2009

Deep layer, with garnet tonality, with borders that tend to the color of the typical tile of the long time of aging and aging of this type of great wines. Operating temperature: 16º - 18ºC. Ideal to pair with lamb chops and grilled veal, sautéed quail or salsa and anchovy bites with tomatoes. It also accompanies very well cheeses.

The nose is complex and intense, with notes of very ripe fruit, which are mixed with spicy notes like cloves. In contact with the oxygen, it presents aromas of caramel, vanilla and pastry. Sweet wine, round and velvety. It is greasy and persistent on the palate, very polished and with the wood well integrated, which makes it a very elegant wine.
