Love how this País decants out the dirty carbonic maceration notes on day 2 and converts into lovely fruit juice. From 200 years old vines. Drinking from the fridge. Nose of minerals, clay, lavander in raspberry & blueberry.

Mid body, mid(-) acidity, mature tannins with a slight drying hint. On the palate, turbid lavander infused blueberry mainly with soft raspberry and liquid grey minerals & a dash of dry clay. Medium finish with lovely muted fruit, lavander, clay. Drink chilled!
