"Villa Fura" Amarone Della Valpolicella - red semi-dry wine with an interesting aroma and a pleasant, rich, open, rich taste, with a great value for money. The wine is made from the traditional Valpolicella grape varieties: Corvina, Rondinella, and Korvinone. A special feature of the vintage is the drying of the grapes harvested on bamboo mats in large barns for at least 4 months. This process is called "appassimento" and ensures that the grapes contain more residual sugar. Such fruits give exclusively concentrated wine with an intense, fruity, sweetish taste. After fermentation, the wine matures 18 months in French and American oak barrels.
