The grapes were harvested around the second week of September. After a 24 hour soak, we gently crushed and kicked off the fermentation. Post fermentation, the wine was aged on a combination of French and American oak.

Vigilance Cabernet Sauvignon has complex layers of black cherry, ripe currant, spice, and dark chocolate. Salute!
