Cooked aromas of raisin and prune make this feel heavy and off balance. Its dark, minty raisin and prune flavors lack clarity and focus, even on the stewed finish.
This Malbec is a blend of Malbecs that have been grown at different altitudes with each component adding complexity to the blend. Intense, deep, bright red.
Complex on the nose, black fruits and cassis, graphite mineral and extremely spicy with cloves.
Sweet, fresh, meaty mouthfeel, gooseberries; of great concentration and unctuousness, elegant, long very persistent hints of tobacco. Elegant, ripe tannins.
