DESCRIPTION
Tropical fruit flavors of banana and star fruit are complemented by crisp golden apple aromas. Notes of acacia further enhance the bouquet. Produced from Estate-grown fruit, Viberti Chardonnay is vinified in stainless steel undergoing full malolactic fermentation. The wine rests in stainless steel tanks for 12 months prior to bottling unfiltered. Uncork and savor within 4-6 years.
