IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS
A careful cut of dolcetto and barbera, from which comes the etymology of its name (DOL-BA). The wine is cut after malo lactic fermentation and the goal is that of a medium-bodied wine with the freshness of Barbera and the rustic tannin of Dolcetto.
A blend of two of Piedmont’s native varietals, Dolcetto and Barbera, Viberti Dolbà shows fresh red berry aromas on the nose and palate. The vibrant acidity makes it an easy-drinking wine that is best consumed young. Aged for 6-8 months in stainless steel tanks and 2 months in bottle prior to release. Enjoy within a few years of the vintage.
