The organic-certified Terenzuola family winery produce delicious Vermentino-based white and red wines in the Colli di Luni wine region of Liguria, about 5kms from the Mediterranean Sea just south of the Cinque Terre. These are wines of freshness and elegance which have a surprisingly capacity to develop in complexity over several years in bottle.
Their Terre Basse Vermentino is grown on sand and gravel soils at around 150mts altitude at the foot of the Fosdinovo hill. This fresh and fruity white is bursting with white peach and stone fruit flavours and has a zesty bite of acidity.
