Vena Cava Grenache Natural 2017

Pale, brickish red all the way through. Strange, on the nose, almost sherry vinegar with cherry. Cherry strawberry and earthy flavors overpowered by acid that flirts with vinegar.

This vintage opens with a seductive nose of dark fruits, forest floor and clay pot, spun together with an array of floral aromatics that assume a vaulted position above the rest.
