 From warm vineyards in the southern Rhône valley. The wine is made from a blend of Grenache and Syrah from the Vaucluse area of the southern Rhône.

Fermentation vats are used to preserve the fruit flavours and then the wine is macerated between 5 to 10 days before pressing.  Juicy sweet black cherries with spice and a hint of clean fresh liquorice.
