Pearl farms Ar. Pe. Pe. - Wine "Sassella Rocce Rosse" Riserva, will combine the experience of five generations of winemakers. This wine is made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the vineyards in the area in the municipality of Sassello Sondrio. After harvesting the berries are traditional vinification, which includes pressing and maceration. Wine aged, first in stainless steel tanks, and then - a volume of chestnut casks 40 hectoliters for 3-4 years. Before sale "Sassello Rocci Ross" at least a year aged in bottles.
