DESCRIPTION
Pale ruby-purple color. Aromas of red fruit, brown spice and touch of cocoa. Medium intensity of flavors which caught me off guard in a good way for a Valpolicella. Inviting flavors of tart cherry, raspberry, blueberry, licorice and subtle oak notes.
Cinnamon and green peppercorn definitely linger on the palate. High acidity but inviting light tannins make this approachable now. Definitely could benefit from more time.
