This wine was direct pressed and fermented with indigenous yeast in tank and then aged for 3-4 months in tanks before bottles.
It’s aromatically fresh, with citrus notes and touches of herbs like fennel and rosemary. It’s bright fresh and clean on the palate and very easy drinking.
The perfect pairing for seafood and shellfish dishes, or fresh seasonal vegetables.
