DESCRIPTION
This wine has a mineral character, in which its warmth predominates over its acidity. It is very well structured, with velvety tannins and a long, lactic and tasty finish.
Ruby red colour with slightly bluish reflections. This wine shows an intense robe.
The primary aromas stand out at first: forest fruits, jammy fruits, floral notes and violets, showing the perfect ripening of the grapes on the vines. Once opened out, aromas from its fermentation and ageing emerge: balsamic notes, spices, tobacco and cocoa.
