Appealingly sweet and incisive on the palate, offering concentrated black raspberry, cherry cola, spicecake and lavender flavors that show fine definition and minerally lift.
The mineral and floral notes return on the extremely long, lively finish, which leaves a sweet dark berry preserve note behind.
