The Riesling of the Langhe Pètracine di Vajra is bright straw yellow. The nose shows citrus notes, hints of mango and fresh ginger, and then enriched with floral hints of jasmine and lavender and rocky mineral hints of flint.
On the palate it has citrine freshness and beautiful sapidity perfectly balanced by the aromatic softness of elderflower and candied citron peel. Delicious with fresh maltagliati with white asparagus and pancetta.
