Union Grove Distillery Catskill Mountain Maple Spirit

Inherently a seasonal product due to its source, this spirit is distilled from locally-produced maple syrup in Arkville, NY. 

It's then aged in used oak barrels that once held bourbon for a minimum of 6 months. Made like a rum, but sips like a bourbon, it's a dry spirit, not a sweet one like its source material.

Be prepared for the greatest New York hot toddy you've ever made.
