The 2020 Rosso Vignarco lifts up with an enticing display of crushed cherries complemented by sweet spice and minty herbs. It’s soft and fleshy in feel, with ripe red fruits to match and juicy acids that keep the expression balanced and fresh.
This tapers off with medium length as saline-minerals and a hint of sour citrus slowly fade. The Vignarco is a no-frills yet enjoyable blend of 60% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.
