Trinity Oaks 2019 Chardonnay was sourced from premier California vineyards in Lodi-Delta and coastal counties that use sustainable growing practices. Cover crops like flowers, oats, & barley are grown between the grape vines to naturally enrich the soil, boosting ripeness within the fruit.
The cover crops also lure beneficial insects to the area, protecting the vines from predators.
