Best served with shellfish, cold meats, tartes flambées, pies and other light appetizers.
The nose is reminiscent of Champagne, with baked apple, lemon and a hint of yeast lees. In the mouth it is vibrant and crisp with breadth of texture, mineral backbone and truly elegant poise and balance. A fabulously classy wine for the price.
