Irpinia Fields is a red wine from the province of Avellino , produced by Azienda Agricola Torricino, located in the most suitable wine-growing areas of Tufo. The grapes originated from this wine are 100% Aglianico . The aging of this wine takes place for twelve months partly in barriques and partly in tonneau, followed by six months of refining in the bottle.
Irpinia Aglianico features
Intense ruby red appears to the view. The scent is fruity with notes of cherry in spirit, cherry and nice toasted notes.
The palate is characteristic for bitter tannins with fruity notes and spicy flavors.
