Torres Crianza Coronas 2014

This wine is a blend of Tempranillo and a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon from vineyards planted in Pacs del Penedès, in the Waltraud winery. As for the design, a slow fermentation is performed and maceration of the must. Finally, Crianza remains for 9 months in American oak barrels.

Dark ruby red color. Intense, concentrated aromas of black fruit (cherry) and spices (black pepper) with a note of charred oak. Warm and elegant on the palate with fine tannins that are nicely structured by oak aging. Pairs perfectly with meat, creamy cheeses and traditional paella. Serve at 17–18ºC.
