Clear bright gold color. Crisp with fine citrus (lemon) and wild floral (broom) aromas. Clean, savory palate with delicate fruit acidity. Brilliant, pale yellow, offering fresh floral aromas with strong fruit undertones & an intriguing exotic note. Light & silky on the palate. 

Food Pairing
Excellent as an aperitif or served with rice dishes, seafood or fish. Best served chilled at 10ºC.
